Made with two scoops of Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Vanilla, these traditional pancakes are filling, healthy, heart-warming, and perfect for breakfast. There are endless serving options, but my personal favorite is a combination of some whipping cream, fresh fruits, and fruit extracts. Get creative with this one!

Ingredients:
1 ½ all-purpose flour
2 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Vanilla
1 cup liquid yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp powdered stevia
½ tsp salt
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using a paddle attachment, beat well on high for 4 minutes.
Grease a non-stick pancake skillet with some oil. Spoon three tablespoons of batter onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook for one more minute.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
