Chicken Tortillas with Protein Dip

These tortillas can be served with chicken breast, grated cheese, fresh vegetables, and French fries. This recipe goes with a beautiful creamy protein dip combined with Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder. Optionally, sprinkle with a few drops of Tabasco sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients:

10 oz chicken breast, boneless and skinless

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper, ground

½ cup sour cream

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

1 medium-sized red bell pepper, chopped

4 cherry tomatoes, sliced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp Italian seasoning mix

4 corn tortillas

Preparation:

Wash the meat under cold running water and pat dry with a kitchen paper. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Preheat the oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic powder. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until translucent. Add the meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 15 minutes, or until nice and crispy.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream with Greek yogurt, lime juice, oregano, garlic powder, and Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle each tortilla with some water and place in a microwave for one minute. Place some of the meat at the center of each tortilla, add bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and parsley. Season with Italian seasoning and wrap.

Drizzle with protein dip and serve.
