Oreo Ice Cream

This creative recipe combines tender vanilla-flavored ice cream with crunchy Oreo base. A true delicacy for all Oreo fans out there. Adding some Blackbelt WPC Vanilla will increase the proteins in this wonderful dessert and create a fabulous snack to go. And the best part? The preparation process only takes five minutes!

Ingredients:

1 cup whipped cream

1 cup skim milk

2 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Vanilla

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

5 Oreos, filling removed

Preparation:

In a large mixing bowl, combine whipped cream with milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract. With a whisking attachment on, beat well on high – for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds or plastic cups. This mixture is enough for 4 small cups. Freeze for 2 hours.

Place Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them. Top each cup with crushed Oreos and serve.
