Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 ½ cup toasted almonds, finely chopped
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 bananas, mashed
For the filling:
10 bananas, mashed
1 tsp orange extract
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Banana
Preparation:
First, you have to prepare the crust. Place almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Now add bananas, coconut oil, agave nectar, and cocoa. Pulse to combine. Press into 2 round baking pans and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Now, prepare the filling. Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes.
Spread half of the filling mixture over the crust and flatten with a kitchen spatula. Add the second crust and finish with the remaining filling mixture.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
