Ground Beef Patties

These classic ground beef patties with a gentle touch of garlic taste amazing! They are an excellent source of proteins and will serve as a delicious and satisfying lunch or dinner. Combine with two scoops of Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder and serve with some fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 large egg

2 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

1 large red onion, finely chopped

1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

4 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp red chili, ground

Preparation:

Combine ground beef, egg, onions, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and add 2 scoops of Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder. Stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes (up to one hour).

Preheat the remaining oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat.

Remove the meat mixture from the refrigerator. Using your hands, form 1-inch thick patties. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
