Ground Beef Kebab

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground veal

2 small red onions, finely chopped

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground

1 tsp black pepper, ground

2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, veal, onions, Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder, flour, garlic, olive oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.

Mix with your hands until well incorporated. Shape the mixture into half-inch thick kebabs. Grill the kebabs for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until nice and crispy.
