Chia Oats with Berries

Looking for a perfect breakfast? You have just found one! This breakfast bowl will fill you up in no time and provide enough energy for hours. Combine with Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Vanilla for some extra taste and nutrition. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp rolled oats

1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Vanilla

1 tsp powdered stevia

1 cup mixed berries, frozen

Preparation:

In a medium-sized serving glass, combine milk with chia seeds, protein powder, and stevia. Stir well and let it stand for ten minutes, allowing the seeds to soak the liquid. Freeze for at least 20 minutes (or even better, freeze overnight).

Remove from the freezer and add rolled oats. Top with wild berries and serve.
