Mixed Berries Smoothie

Mixed berries smoothie is very easy to prepare and very practical way to get some nutrients. Berries will provide a generous amount of vitamins, while the milk and Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Strawberry will add enough proteins you need in one meal. Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk

1 banana, mashed

1 tbsp honey

½ cup blueberries, frozen

¼ cup blackberries, frozen

1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Strawberry

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp blueberry extract

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and pulse until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
