Easy Beef Macaroni

This is a simple yet tasty dish that works for every occasion. The most important part of this recipe is to choose the finest pieces of meat for the beautiful and tender taste you wish to get. Briefly brown the meat, combine with Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder, and use to top your favorite macaroni. Serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb elbow macaroni

1 lb lean beef, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp tomato paste

3 tbsp cream cheese

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

2 tbsp  olive oil

¼ tsp red chili, ground

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

½ tsp dried oregano, ground

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preparation:

Wash the meat thoroughly under cold running water. Drain and pat dry using a kitchen paper. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Place the macaroni in a heavy-bottomed pot. Add enough water to cover and bring it to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes and remove from the heat. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Now add the meat and continue to cook for ten more minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, cream cheese, Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder, red chili, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for 2 more minutes and remove from the heat.

Stir in the macaroni and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
