Cream Cheese Salad

This fabulous combination of perfectly chosen ingredients is packed with vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Naturally, you can always combine some other vegetables and create your own unique combination. Drizzle with the best olive oil you can find, season with some rosemary or fresh thyme, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup cream cheese

½ cup cheddar cheese

½ cup Feta cheese

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried rosemary

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with cheddar, Feta, and Greek yogurt. Add 1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder and beat well on medium speed for one minute.

Transfer to a serving bowl and add vegetables. Season with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Give it a good stir and serve immediately!
