Chocolate Oatmeal with Berries

There is a huge list of benefits behind this amazing oatmeal recipe. This one is based on typical oatmeal combined with some berries, nuts, and Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Protella. However, you can always combine it with some other ingredients and make your own special combination. That’s exactly what makes this recipe so fantastic!

Ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup skim milk

1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Protella

1 medium-sized peach, cut into bite-sized pieces

¼ cup cranberries

¼ cup raspberries

¼ cup blackberries

¼ cup blueberries

¼ cup almonds

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp poppyseeds

Preparation:

Combine oatmeal, milk, protein powder, and cocoa in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir well until combined and heat up in a microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and set aside to cool to a room temperature.

Stir in the peach, berries, and almonds. Sprinkle with chia and poppy seeds.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
