Vegan Peanut Butter Coffee Bar Recipe

Vegan protein bars have gotten a bad reputation for being bland and tasteless. However, the deliciousness of BBP’s vegan peanut butter coffee bars are enough to give anyone a change of heart! The all-natural richness of the iced coffee flavour combined with the sweet taste of pure honey will have you craving for more. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

🥜340g peanut butter, or allergy-friendly sub
🥄90g BBP’s PlantGainz Iced Coffee
🍯85g pure maple syrup or honey
🧂2.85g salt
🍫114g melted chocolate chips, optional

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except for the chocolate chips) and stir in order to form a dough.

Smooth the dough into an 8in x 8in pan until it’s nice and even.

Optionally, you may spread the melted chocolate over the dough.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Cut into bars, then serve and enjoy!
