- 460-gram Tub of Testosterone 360 (30 Servings)
- 1Kg of Creatine Monohydrate (200 servings)
Supplement Timing
- 2 – 3 servings of Grass Fed WPI – First thing in the morning, then use as required
- BCAA & Advanced recovery – Combine these supplements, 1 – 2 servings of each, mix with with 1 – 2 litres of water and consume throughout the day
- 1 serving of Testosterone 360 in the morning
- Load Creatine Monohydrate, consuming 4 serves/ per day for 14 days. Then 1 – 2 maintenance doses each day after the loading phase
