Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is an amino acid that forms a building block of protein. It is found in red meat, poultry, eggs, fish and dairy products. AAKG is a combination of arginine and malic acid and is more effective than Arginne HCL. Supplementation of AAKG produces nitric oxide and promotes oxygen delivery to muscle cells.
