Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 medium-sized peach, sliced

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Choc Mint

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ cup butter, softened

¼ cup powdered stevia

¼ tsp vanilla extract

2 tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:

Preheat the oven 325 degrees. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with some parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs and powdered stevia. Using a hand mixer with a whisking attachment, beat well on high for 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy.

Place the flour mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Gradually add the egg mixture, beating constantly. Continue to beat for 3-5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into the baking pan. Spread the batter evenly with a kitchen spatula. Arrange the fruit on top and bake for one hour.

Remove from the oven and chill completely before serving.

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh blueberries

½ cup powdered stevia

2 tbsp cornstarch

4 tbsp butter, melted

2 puff pastry sheets

2 cups cream cheese

2 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Strawberry

1 large egg

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp lemon extract

¼ cup powdered sugar, for dusting(optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line some baking paper over a baking sheet and set aside.

Gently rinse the blueberries under cold running water and drain in a large colander.

Combine blueberries, ¼ cup of powdered stevia, cornstarch, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan. Stir well and bring it to a boil over a medium-high temperature. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and transfer to a large bowl. Set aside and chill completely.

Meanwhile, combine cream cheese with lemon extract, and the remaining stevia. Mix until smooth and set aside.

In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg and set aside.

Unfold the pastry and cut each sheet into 4-inch x 7-inch pieces and brush with egg mixture. Now, add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture and then 2 tablespoons of blueberry mixture in the middle of each pastry. Fold the sheets and brush with the remaining egg mixture. Cut the surface with a sharp knife and gently place each strudel onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes.

1 medium-sized alkmene apple

½ fresh peach

½ cup blackberries

¼ cup cranberries

Preparation:

Place all the crust ingredients in a food process and pulse until dough is crumbly but holds together when squeezed. Remove from the food processor and place on a lightly floured work surface. Divide in 4 equal pieces and wrap in plastic foil. Refrigerate for one hour.

Meanwhile, place all the filling ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss to combine and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line some parchment paper over a baking sheet. Set aside.

Roll each piece into 6-inch round discs. Add two tablespoons of the apple mixture at the center of each disc and wrap to form small bowls. Brush each bowl with egg yolk and gently transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.

6 tbsp all-purpose flour

½ cup Nutella

¾ cup butter, melted

2 cups whipping cream

1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Protella

2 tsp raw cocoa

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line some parchment paper over a baking sheet and set aside.

Now, prepare the crust. Combine flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, stevia, almonds, and hazelnuts in a large bowl. Stir well and gradually add milk. Stir until all well incorporated and pour this mixture onto a prepared baking sheet.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes and remove from the oven. Set aside to cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate filling. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Now, prepare the vanilla pudding using package instructions. Chill to a room temperature.

Place the chilled crust onto a serving plate. Make chocolate layer with the half of the mixture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Now, add pudding and refrigerate again for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add the remaining chocolate filling and spread evenly. Top with melted dark chocolate and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
