Blueberry Yogurt with Hazelnuts and Figs
Everybody loves a nice bowl of sweet yogurt combined with fruits and nuts, but this creamy recipe is so amazing that you will be making it a lot! This is why you can play with different options for fruit topping. Replace figs with blueberries or some other fruits, add some flavors, and you’ll have a different meal every time you make it. And the best part? You can’t really go wrong with this one. This superfood mix is always perfect!

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp blueberry extract
1 x 40-gram scoop Blackbelt WPC Vanilla
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 medium-sized figs, halved
¼ cup hazelnuts
1 tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
Preparation:
Combine yogurt, blueberry extract, two figs, and protein powder in a blender. Process until nice and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining fig halves, hazelnuts, chia seeds, and mint.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
